We do not offer 4D scheduling, 5D cost modeling or renderings. If your project needs them, we work alongside your scheduling or visualization partner from the same coordinated model.

Most of our modeling work is electrical. The model is built for installation, not just for a clash test.

Conduit and cable tray routed with real bend radii and fill
Runs follow code clearances and the fill you will actually pull. Racks, stubs and offsets are modeled so prefab can be cut from the model.
Panels, circuits and schedules that match the drawings
Panelboards, switchgear and equipment are placed with working clearances. Circuits and panel schedules can be included when you need them.
Hanger, sleeve and penetration layouts for prefab
Support points, sleeves and penetrations are coordinated with structure and issued as layouts your crew can lay out from.
Coordinated with mechanical, plumbing and structure
Electrical is checked against every other trade in the federated model, and reroutes are carried back into the Revit model until sign-off.

Frequently asked questions

What do you need from us to start?
Drawings, point clouds, an existing model or a scope description, plus your BIM execution plan, template and deadline if you have them. Anything missing we will ask about before quoting.
Which software do you work in?
Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ReCap, Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360, Bluebeam, and Power BI for analytics. We match your Revit version and can work inside your cloud project.
How do you price work?
A fixed price per scope after we review your files. For ongoing work, monthly capacity with a set number of hours and a named team.
Do you do 4D, 5D or renderings?
No. We focus on modeling, coordination, field deliverables and data analytics. If your project needs scheduling simulation, cost modeling or visuals, we will hand a clean, coordinated model to your partner for that work.
Who owns the models and data?
You do. Models, families, drawings and dashboards are delivered in native formats and remain yours.
Whose standards do you follow?
Yours first: template, naming, worksets, LOD and sheet setup. If you do not have a standard, we set one up with you at the start of the project.
